• All sessions must be prepaid at booking.

• Cancellations or reschedules require 4 hours’ notice.

• Appointments changed with less than 4 hours’ notice are subject to non-refundable.

• Late-night bookings (after 9PM) are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with proper notice.
